		Rick Rowe Mastering
				From 1970, Rick has been  associated with many great recording rooms. Electric Lady, Secret Sound, The Record Plant, The Hit Factory, Sound Ideas, CBS, RCA, BMG and others.
			In 1980 with digital audio developing, Rick joined RCA studios and moved into the digital realm on some of the early digital systems. At Rca, Rick mastered the technology as it became available, and in the mid 1980's, began working on New mastering and restoration techniques.
			During his time with RCA,/BMG Rick remastered the entire catalogs of Elvis Presley, and SamCooke among others. In 1995, Rick started Mediaforce Masters for Audioforce Sound Rentals. Opened in the Spring of 1996. The Academy Award winning documentary:"When We Were Kings" was its first project. From 1996 to 2004 Mediaforce stayed on the forefront of Mastering Technology as newer methods and software advances were developed. In 2004 Mediaforce was renamed Rick Rowe Mastering and a series of owners and investors made use of the revolving door .The Mastering Lab changed hands numerous times throughout the year with Rick being the only constant reality. In 2005, realizing this was no way to make music, and with some truly astounding advances in software, the choice was clear. Rick Rowe Mastering was relocated to a calmer setting, in the boro with trees, Brooklyn. New Gear ! New Software ! New Room !
